Refund Policy

We want you to love your Egmont Toys order. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Your right to return

As a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you wish to return it, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.

How to start a return

Email us at mail@egmonttoys.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will send you the return address and instructions.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please pack them carefully so they arrive back with us undamaged.

Return shipping costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the cost of return shipping is yours. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we cover the full cost of the return and will send you a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Your refund

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. We will email you to confirm. Original shipping costs are refunded for faulty or incorrect items; for change-of-mind returns, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, email mail@egmonttoys.com within 14 days with a photo, and we will make it right straight away.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Belgian and EU law, including the legal right of withdrawal for distance sales.
