Shipping Policy

Every Egmont Toys order is packed by hand in Belgium and sent with care. Here is exactly what to expect.

Order processing

We prepare and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Once your order ships, your parcel arrives within 2–5 business days, depending on the destination within the EU.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all European Union member states. All prices and orders are in euros (€).

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us at mail@egmonttoys.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will make it right.
