Products and pricing

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT. We take care to describe and picture our products accurately, but slight variations in colour and finish can occur, as many items are hand-finished. We may update prices, products, and availability at any time without notice.

Your order

When you place an order, you make us an offer to buy. The contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or there is a clear pricing error — in which case we will refund any payment in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, your right of withdrawal, and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Egmont Toys name and logo, product designs, illustrations, text, and images — belongs to Egmont Toys SRL or its partners and may not be used without our written permission.

We supply our products with care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a complaint directly, you may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
